Fritz.TV — Support

Fritz.TV plays live TV from your own AVM FRITZ!Box. It ships with no channels — every channel comes from your FRITZ!Box.

Requirements

• An AVM FRITZ!Box with DVB-C / Live TV enabled, reachable on your local network.
• Your device on the same network as the FRITZ!Box.

Getting started

1. Open Fritz.TV and tap “Mit FRITZ!Box verbinden” / “Connect to FRITZ!Box.”
2. The app auto-discovers your FRITZ!Box (or enter fritz.box / its IP, e.g. 192.168.178.1).
3. Tap “Senderliste laden” / “Load channels.” Pick a channel to start watching.
4. Grant Local Network permission when prompted — it is only used to reach the FRITZ!Box.

Troubleshooting

• No FRITZ!Box found: confirm the device is on the same Wi-Fi/LAN and that Live TV (DVB-C) is enabled on the FRITZ!Box; enter the address manually if needed.
• Black screen / no video: some channels need a moment to buffer; try another channel, and make sure the FRITZ!Box tuner is free (not in use by another device).
• Channels missing: reload the list from the FRITZ!Box, or import an M3U file exported by it.
