Short version: DopamineOS collects nothing. There is no account, no login, no tracking, no analytics, and no advertising. Nothing you do in the app ever leaves your device.
Nothing. DopamineOS does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app makes no network requests to any server we operate, because we operate none.
Everything. Your Sparks balance, cosmetics, app arrangement, and all other state are saved only in the app's local storage on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes all of it. We never see it.
The only exception is something you explicitly choose to share: the optional Recap card uses Apple's standard share sheet, so if (and only if) you tap Share and pick a destination, iOS hands that image to whatever app you select. DopamineOS itself never transmits it, and nothing is shared unless you initiate it.
DopamineOS offers a single optional in-app purchase, "DopamineOS Pro," handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the transaction; we never receive your name, payment details, or any other personal information. We only learn, on your own device, whether the unlock is active.
DopamineOS sends no real notifications. The "notifications" inside the app are a visual gag shown only while the app is open. The app never requests notification permission and never reaches your real lock screen.
Because the app collects no data whatsoever, it is safe for users of any age with respect to privacy.
There are no third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or tracking in DopamineOS. No data is shared with anyone, because none is collected.
